We at Power South Realty wants to help you earn money with the Real Estate license that you worked so hard to obtain.  You can "hang you license" with Power South Realty #1 Inc. our Non-MLS corporation designed to allow you to activate you Real Estate license AT NO COST, NO BOARD DUES and NO MLS DUES!

There is no charge by the state to activate you license!  Power South Realty does not charge monthly fees, desk fees or annual fees like most companies.  You can just "hang your license OR if you wish you may get involved; Part-time or Full-time.. as little or as much as you want.

You will have the opportunity to earn extra income by working with buyers and sellers.  Work with a mentor (full time PSR agent) or you may "refer" your clients and receive a generous referral fee! Your choice! Interested?

Q: Can I search the MLS?
A: Yes, You can come in the office and your mentor will log you on or we can set up a search and email it to you.
 
Q: Can I get access at home?
A: No, not unless you join the Board of Realtors
 
Q: Is there any hidden fees.
A: No, Power South Realty or the state does not charge any fee!
 
Q: What do I have to do to sign up?
A: Just sign a few papers; RE 10 form, application and independent contractors agreement.
 
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: We need a copy of your Real Estate license, current 14 hour or 45 hour continuing education and yourself
 
Q: How much can I make just giving you a name and number?
A: 20% on buyers and 25% on sellers.
example; $300,000 Listing sold, Power South receives 3% = $9,000 a PSR agent is on 60% = $5,400 X 25%  you get a check for $1,350. Just for a name and number.
 
Q: How much can I make working the deal my self?
A: You will be assigned a mentor and work as partners 50/50
example; $300,000 Listing sold, Power South receives 3% = $9,000 you split 50/50 and receive $4,500 minus your split. ex:$4,500 X 60% you get $2,700. etc.
 
Q: How can I get contracts and listing forms?
A: We have a virtual office on line, you can download and print any form
 
Q: What are you commission splits?
A: Depends on experience and volume (average agent 60%-80%)
